Welcome to Preach the Word

Preach the Word is an unofficial blog for alumni, current students, professors, and those who are otherwise connected to Dallas Theological Seminary. As I have navigated my way through the blogosphere these past few years I have noticed that there are quite a few blogs out there by DTS folks. To my knowledge there is no place to go to find blogs by DTS grads. Hopefully Preach the Word can serve as hub for DTS-related blogs. The blog is designed to allow each of us to post on this site.
If you would like me to add you as a contributor to this site, please contact me (Jeff Wright) through the link to my Blogger profile under "Contributors." Or, we can simply add your blog to our list without you being a contributor. Also, if you do not have a blog but would like to contribute to this one, let me know. Please give me your name, year graduated, blog name, & web address. The content of the blog can be whatever we want it to be. I hope that this site will be a place of mutual encouragement and edification for us all. Enjoy!

Thanks. Hopefully we'll get some good discussion going from time to time. Check back and see.

Indeed, a brilliant idea for a blog.

Well done, Jeff.

Thanks, Gunny. I've been wanting to have something similar to this for a while but it wasn't until I saw the TMS Alumni blog that I decided to go ahead and start this up. The TMS Alumni blog is a great idea and I decided to create something similar for DTS grads & students. Spread the word about Preach the Word!

Hey - you need to remove the link to "FoolishBlog" in the sidebar. I let the domain registration go a couple years ago and someone has taken it over with some inappropriate content.
