James White Comments on Dr. Wallace's Post

Recently I read a post by Dr. Dan Wallace entitled "51% Protestant" over at Parchment and Pen. Basically, the post seems to be meant to diminish the differences between "the three major branches of Christendom": Protestantism, Roman Catholicism, and Eastern Orthodoxy. I commented in disagreement to some of what Dr. Wallace said in that post and have blogged on it here and here.
Today, it appears that Dr. James White has left a comment on Dr. Wallace's blog in disagreement with him on the same point. This has been a very interesting and profitable conversation for me and Dr. White's contribution is noteworthy.

What's up with James White using your material, Jay?!
I think you may have gotten that backwards Gun :-).
James White is not a favorite of mine. He had a very public dressing down of his sister that converted to Catholicism. Definately not in the spirit of grace and love. I think White has emotional baggage on the subject.
